March is Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness Month and on this week's episode, I'm joined by Damian Washington and Emily Zipps to have an unfiltered discussion about living with MS. Our experiences with MS are unique but mental and emotional struggles are similar and we're dishing on it all. Listen in as we share what we miss most about our lives before MS, experiences with discrimination and exchange laughs about moving through the world with "holes in our brain."

What would you do if you knew your time as a healthy adult had an expiration date? Eva Lewis joins me to share how being a caregiver for her parents, who were diagnosed with dementia, influenced the way she took care of herself. As the daughter of two parents with dementia, Eva is at a higher risk for getting the degenerative disease in the next 30+ years. Not only has this risked changed the way she lives but it has forced her to think about what plans she must make now--in her 30s--to prepare for the day she may need a caregiver if she's diagnosed with dementia, too.
Eva is the co-host for the improv comedy show White Privilege, Black Power. You can find them on Instagram at @whiteprivilegeblackpower.
