Co-parenting is rarely simple and often gets pretty messy. Moms who go through a divorce frequently struggle in silence as the drama of co-parenting can weigh heavily on their mental health. In an effort to normalize the chaos of co-parenting, I surveyed divorced moms about their experiences. I'm pulling all of the survey responses together to provide some perspective and a glimpse into the difficult trenches of co-parenting.
