Episode 21  Today, we are celebrating my birthday! I want you to laugh, have fun and drop all the significance on aging……... You don’t stop laughing when you grow old; you grow old when you stop laughing.  

The topic for today is Joy of Aging. Is there a point where we decide we’re too old?  And is there joy in aging? Do you think society is kinder to men than woman when it comes to aging? Men look distinguished, and women just look old. 

Let’s look for the joy.  No one expects you to run—anywhere. And things that you buy now won’t wear out. Your brain cells are finally down to a manageable size. Being young can be beautiful but being old sure is comfortable. Aging is such a nice change from being young. Some people dread getting older because they think that they won’t be able to do all the things they want to do. But when they’re older, they’ll find that they really don’t want to do them.
