In this episode Doug Lindsay shares his experience of falling ill with an unknown autoimmune disease in his early 20’s. For 11 years he was home-bound and nearly bed-bound until he developed the surgery that saved his life.

Jayla has 26 years of service working on behalf of the region’s older adult populations, including community-based services that address the needs of older adults and people living with disabilities - assistance with housing, transportation, nutrition, long-term care, case management and more.
