Roots --- Luke 1:39-45

We know John the Baptist as the man in the wilderness preparing for Jesus's ministry to begin. However, Luke tells us that even as a baby in the womb he leapt for joy at Mary's pregnancy. Christmas is that same kind of joy at the coming of Christ, even when we don't see salvation or understand where it could possibly come from in dark days. It's hope and faith without all the information. It's God's love in the uncertainty. Merry Christmas from Love Chapel Hill! We'll see you in 2026!
