It's bittersweet to be wrapping up season 3 of Joy Unseen. Thinking back to when we started this podcast amidst the chaos of 2020 and reflecting on how far God has brought both of our families is overwhelming. We hope you felt seen, challenged, and encouraged over the course of the last 23 episodes. We're gearing up for season 4 and we cant wait to be back with you. But before we go, hear our updates and encouraging words as we finish season 3!
If someone asked you today, "Are you living a life devoted to Christ?" what would you say? Join us this week as we dive into your biggest calling as a christian believer: devotion to Christ. It's another classic devo episode where Stephie and Jaime dive into scripture to see what the bible has to say to us directly. Grab your favorite mug and join us as we dive into Colossians and Acts!
We've heard it before...every generation that comes up is the "least churched" generation than the one previous. We sat down with John and Kassidy Spencer who are in the middle of youth ministry every day to chat through how to combat this. John and Kassidy talked open endedly and very candidly to teens and parents in this episode with helpful info and ideas for how to make your faith real to you and your teen. See what they have to say and follow along on their socials.

Are you a leader or a follower? The answer is probably both. So this week we're talking about how it matters what we are following and how we are leading. What goes in... comes out.. so what content are we consuming? WHOSE content are we consuming? And if you're a leader.. who is following you and what are you leading them to? This episode is a call to higher living all around. It matters!
It's been a while since we have done a "get to know us" type episode and well, SO MANY THINGS have changed since the last time we did one. So we thought it would be fun to do an updated Q&A but with some really thought provoking and deep questions! We TRY (and fail) to keep it brief and we LAUGHED OUR HEADS OFF in this one. We had a blast, so we hope you enjoy getting to know our hearts a little deeper. As always, keep the faith and see the joy. Follow us on social media @joyunseenpodcast
There sure is a lot happening right now in our lives from job changes, end of seasons, new seasons beginning, parenting, marriage, and on and on and on. I think we can all relate especially in the busy month that is May where everything seems to be happening all at once! Admist all of it, we want to make sure that we are seeking the Lord. So, how do we find that balance? Is there even such thing as balance? Listen in as we discuss what the bible has to say about it.
It's time for another marriage check in! This time, with Stephie and her husband, Steven. They do a classic Q&A with a TMI twist. Topics on the docket? Intimacy, cussing, salsa, marriage advice, parenting, pet peeves and more. Very open and honest? Of course! Tune in to see how Steven and Stephie do this thing called marriage! Keep the faith and see the joy! Follow us on social media: @joyunseenpodcast
