Let's have some fun! Looking for little things that bring us joy and noticing what might be slowing sucking joy out from our lives is a good practice. Also, it allows you to dive deeper underneath the actual experience and relate to the emotion being felt. Once we acknowledge the emotion, we can think about building connections to help us buffer uncomfortable emotions or perhaps make some changes to change perspective or cultivate a different environment to yield a different outcome.
