There are times when we all feel like we are reaching a level 10. We can all benefit from learning how to navigate challenges by using coping strategies. It’s OK to step away when we’re feel like we are reaching a level 10. Most importantly, learning how to activate coping strategies BEFORE we reach a 10 supports our mental and physical health.
