Today I have something so special for you and am going to be sharing a health and wellness story with you that is so near and dear to my heart, as well as incredibly inspiring!
I haven’t shared this publicly yet, but with Mothers Day coming up here in the US, my mama has been on my mind a lot lately. She’s been on an incredible health journey of her own over the past years and particularly the past six months as she’s dramatically changed her life and regained her health.
It’s been one of the biggest honors of my life to walk with her and support her through her health journey, particularly these past 6 months. As much as she is grateful for my help and support, I am so inspired by her strength, determination, resilience and the example she has set and continues to set for me and for her family.
A couple of days ago, I felt so deep down how inspiring her story will be for you, and I felt inspired to ask her if it was okay if I shared her story in her own words and asked her a few questions.
She said yes, and so in today’s episode, I will be sharing my mama’s health story as well as answers to a few questions I asked her, then I’ll close with a few of my own thoughts.
I hope you enjoy!
