This is the season of lights. We see sparkling lights shining through the darkness everywhere. The lights add cheer and warm our hearts. Many of us will gather with friends and family, but I realize that this can be a difficult time of year as well. If you are feeling sad, lonely, disappointed, sick … if you’re going through a hard time, please know that my heart goes out to you, and I’m sending love and light. Even if we are having a hard time finding light in our outer circumstances, we can turn to our inner light for comfort, strength, and healing. I created this meditation to help you fill your body, mind, and spirit with light. You can do it any time, anywhere, and it only takes a few minutes of quiet time.
