A new day, a new verse! In this episode, Heidi and Lauren will look at Matthew 11:28-30, which says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

We all get tired and weary in life. Anxiety can set in when we are simply exhausted by life!

It’s easy to gloss over this verse in our familiarity, yet when we dive into this verse, it speaks to Lauren and Heidi so differently!

As we look into the passage Isaiah 26:3, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you,” we see how to live it out in our own lives.

The only perfect one is Jesus. Perfect peace is the peace that only Jesus can give!
