I can’t believe I’ve made it to episode 50, thank you all for listening and sticking with me.

I wanted to make this episode special and I had no idea what that would look like. But here we are, I had a gastric sleeve fitted in January and I have lost 35lbs so far. Find out why I decided to do this and what my journey has been like so far. Every one knows how difficult it is to talk about our bodies so this was a hard one to record, but as you all know, I have a big mouth and I really wanted to share this with you because I am not ashamed of it at all. So after lock down, whoever wants to take me out on a date, it will just about be a side salad for me!
