An experiment using clocked recorded and live sounds, tape delay, reverb, and white noise.

A modular performance partially inspired by early BBC Radiophonic Workshop material.

So I finally got around to doing some field recording -- it's what I originally bought my Zoom H5 for. Figured I'd record the rain this morning.

The recording is just using the Zoom's internal mics pointed out my window, with the windscreen on.

More piano and organ improv.

I performed at Drone Day 2019 at Artisan's Asylum last year. This year, I cobbled together a streaming setup and did my first 40-minute-long set live on Facebook, complete with multiple cameras and lighting. Okay, so they were webcams and Philips Hue, but it was quite fun!

Ambient-ish piano on my Kawai ES8. Tape echo is from the Zoom MS-70CDR.

More piano improv, this time layering the SK-5 grand piano sound with one of the organ sounds.

Haven't recorded too much piano lately, so I figured I'd record something. Might try my hand at streaming at some point in the future.

Just a test of recording my guitar using the CabSim output on my Orange Crush 12. Recording was somewhat clipped, so I did some fixing in post, along with a bit of noise reduction. (I'm rather new to guitar -- only been playing a month so far.)

My March 2020 performance at Boston Modular. Ended up like an industrial Krell patch.
