They are returns to attend law school boot camp and to be with Kristen. Jim and Betsy reunite in baton rouge and they asked for a dirty legislative favor. Jr learns the inside skills on what it takes to succeed inmistar. Claude and Kyle pay a surprise visit to Jim and Betsy in baton rouge

Coming to the airwaves Jim attacks Bill Clinton for his slowness in tackling economic issues. He also says that once he leaves office he leaves the host of this country on his children

Brad's envy of Jr increases until Dr Michelle strongly urges spread to knock it off and make the peace. Meanwhile Jim visits with his uncle Isaac who was on the final leg of his trip going from Washington DC to Billings

June 8 1948; JRs fraternal grandfather wins the Montana primary for state representative in Billings. The mood around campaign headquarters is exciting but tense. Ryan's wife Mary says that the family needs him so seeing that the headquarters are in a hotel Ryan books a room for his wife his son Carl and Jim JRs father

Jr's father takes to the airwaves and gives Bill Clinton a low blow about how he is handling the bureaucracy in his administration especially when it pertains to small business. He congratulates the Republican house for passing a piece of legislation he treasures.

June 24 1996 815 a.m.. JR reports to the White House and the oval Office to see the president would Dick Morris as a surprise visitor
The result is a heated confrontation between Jim Hendrick and President Bill Clinton, with a little tit for tat back and forth regarding political positioning in the power games in Washington DC. Jim demands that the president deal with a fellow administrator and he also demands a leave of absence

On a friendly weekend in Lubbock as JR attends accepted students weekend at Texas tech Law Brad's jealousy of Jr continues. Meanwhile his father gets ready for his tough audience with President Clinton on Monday.
