Este entrenamiento es la manera más afectiva de fortalecer las progresiones del front e incrementar la fuerza de tensión y de agarre, y fortalecimiento de varios músculos, cuyos ejercicios sirven para tener una mayor resistencia y mejor técnica a la hora de hacer un ejercicio de mayor intensidad. Este tipo de rutinas principalmente es para personas que quieren fortalecer su fuerza en tensión y obtener más resistencia, ya que son muy efectivas a la hora de progresar para hacer alguna progresión con mayor fluidez, si eres una de esas personas pues sígueme, que el día de hoy te traeré una rutina para que ejercites algunos de los músculos que son los siguientes (hombro, dorsales, lumbar y abdomen estos son unos de los principales) sin más nada que decir... ¡Comencemos!

Ejercicio N° 1 Muscle-up con dominadas
Exercise N° 1 Muscle-up with pull-ups
Los muscle-up con dominadas, es el primer ejercicio para que el cuerpo ya valla calentado los demás músculos del cuerpo, este ejercicio es bueno para incrementar fuerza de agarre y mejoramiento de la técnica, ya que utilizamos principalmente los dorsales y antebrazos, todo esto es para que en los demás ejercicios tengas que esforzarte más, por qué este ejercicio es de fuerza y resistencia, por eso es que está de primero. En este ejercicio estaremos haciendo 5 muscle-up, con 5 dominadas por 3 series.

Ejercicio N° 2 Dominadas en tuck
Exercise N° 2 Tuck pull-ups
Las dominadas en tuck, en la barra a la altura de los hombros un poco más cerrado, nos pondremos en posición de tuck y vamos hacer las dominadas en esa misma posición, tratando de llevar la barra lo más cercana a la pelvis hacia la barra, esto con el objetivo de mejorar nuestro jalón, esto nos va fatigar los hombros, dorsales y abdomen. Se harán 5 repeticiones por 3 series.

Las negativas de front lever, este va hacer el tercer ejercicio, para incrementar nuestra fuerza en los hombros, dorsal, lumbar y abdomen, en las negativas haremos un front lever en diagonal, para bajar controlada mente y lo más lento posible, todo esto tensionando todo el cuerpo para que puedas hacer la negativa correctamente,esto nos va a dar un alto impacto en el abdomen, lumbar y dorsal. En este ejercicio se harán 4 negativas por 3 series.

Ejercicio N° 4 Tuck al fallo

Tuck al fallo, es el cuarto y último ejercicio, en la barra a la altura de los hombros, vamos a hacer el tuck al fallo y vamos a sacar nuestra mejor postura en avance, por qué ya en este punto tendremos el abdomen muy fatigado, pero tratar de aguantar lo más posible. De igual manera vamos hacer el tuck y lo vamos a hacer al fallo por 4 series.
Tuck to failure, is the fourth and last exercise, on the bar at shoulder height, we will do the tuck to failure and we will take our best posture in advance, because at this point we will have the abdomen very fatigued, but try to hold as much as possible. In the same way we are going to do the tuck and we are going to do it at failure for 4 sets.
