Hola chicos espero se encuentren muy bien hoy quiero compartirles un rico postre que hice para mi compañera de trabajo por su cumpleaños, les cuento Que era mi primera vez preparando postre hice mi mejor esfuerzo para que quedara rico.
comenzamos con los ingredientes de la torta 3 leche a mi estilo:
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
1/2 taza de azúcar
2 tazas de harina de trigo
1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
1/2 taza de leche
4 huevos
leche condensada
leche fresca
leche evaporado
comenzamos por separar las claras y las yemas de los huevos, luego procedemos la barir las claras hasta llegar al punto de nieve y reservamos
luego en un bol limpio y seco colocamos las yemas del huevo el azúcar aceite y batimos hasta que el azúcar se haya disuelto, luego vamos colocando las 2 tazas de harina de trigo poco a poco intercalando con un poco de leche luego de que este una mezcla homogénea agregamos cuidadosamente las claras de huevos a punto de nieve.
precantentamos el horno a 180 grados.
cuando la mezcla esté lista lo paaamos al molde escogido y lo metemos al horno por lo menos 45mtos todo dependerá del horno.
para preparar la mezcla de 3 leche use 1 lata de leche condensada, leche evaporado y leche fresca las mezcle bien y la fui agregando al bizcocho después que salio del horno.
parala crema chantillin en un bol agrega leche fría con un sobre de chantilli y batí hasta que estuvo al punto de nieve le coloque unas gotitas de vainilla, canela y nuez moscada. luego comenze a decorar la torta y le puse unos lindos corazones de azúcar quedo super lindo.
Más tarde le lleve la torta para cantarle cumpleaños, se llevó una super sorpresa le gustó muchísimo que me haya tomado el tiempo de hacerle algo con mis propias manos. estuvimos en el trabajo compartiendo y le cante el feliz cumpleaños venezolano. estaba muy agradecida y muy feliz por este momento que compartimos.
Me encanta hacer feliz a mis amigas ya que se merecen eso y mucho más.
