Joy is available for us as we go through a boring or even painful process of the work of God because God is with us through it all.

We look for peace everywhere, but perfect peace is found in God alone. This peace takes action in faith, surrender, and obedience and we can live in this peace as we make it a practice to turn to him first and stay steadfast in him.

The unexpected and unscripted life help us to live out our faith in real ways of love toward others. 

Pastor Yirang led a workshop explaining what trauma is and how we are to process it. She also teaches about different ways trauma can appear and our responses to it. At the end, she introduces various tools in which we can deal with trauma and its effects.

We are creatures that will become like what we consume. This is true because this is how we were created and therefore, this is the reason why of all things, Jesus asked us to remember Him through eating and drinking. Thus, we can know that we can and will transform to be more like Jesus as we consume more of Jesus in our daily life. 

There is an unseen, spiritual realm all around us and it's main characteristic is of war; spiritual battles being waged against us against all things of God. Thus, we need to be properly equipped to resist and overcome and this is done by knowing our true identities in Christ.

Though not all interruptions are good and therefore, we have to be discerning, we nevertheless need to be those that are ready to welcome and embrace the unplanned and unexpected happenings in life for the Lord, many times, uses those moments to meet us and build us up in fresh ways. Where if we are those that do not, we will run the very high risk of being too controlling about our lives and thus, hardened to the Lord's fresh leadership in our lives as well as true concern for others.
