Jubilee Weekly Message Podcast

In this week’s message, A Thank Filled Heart, Pastor Brian teaches how gratitude shifts us out of carnal thinking and back into peace in Christ.

Through Colossians 2, Mark 8, Romans 8, and Philippians 4, we learn how thanksgiving strengthens our faith, anchors our mind in the truth, and helps us overcome anxiety, pressure, and distraction. This message calls us to remember what God has done, resist the pull of culture and worry, and let the peace of God guard our heart and mind in Jesus.

Scripture Focus: Colossians 2:8–10; Mark 8:13–21; Romans 8:5–8; Philippians 4:4–13; James 1:2–8

In this week’s message, The Divine Discipline of Our Father, Pastor Steve Dittmar teaches from Hebrews 12 on how God lovingly shapes His sons and daughters through endurance, correction, and spiritual training.

Exploring the four kinds of endurance in the Christian life—the race set before us, the cross we carry, the hostility we face, and the Father’s discipline—Pastor Steve shows how difficult seasons are not punishment, but preparation.

Through Hebrews 12, the story of Rehoboam in 2 Chronicles 12, and Esau’s lost birthright, this message calls us to value our inheritance in Christ, resist bitterness, and return again to the grace and holiness God desires for His people.

If you’ve felt weary, discouraged, or stuck in your season, this message will help you find hope, purpose, and renewed faith in Jesus.

Scripture Focus: Hebrews 12; 2 Chronicles 12; Genesis 25; Revelation 3; Psalm 51; 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

"The Lord God has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary." - Isaiah 50:4

FAITH Beloved! As Believers in Christ, Paul says we walk by faith, not by what we see. 2 Cor. 5:7. Last week Pastor Brian spoke on "weary" meaning a continual punching in the eye and the need for FAITH! It's time to stop being led by earthly sight and wisdom. We have an entirely different culture, nature, and economy to operate from as Kingdom citizens. Let's commit to the work of the Kingdom to build one another up in our most holy faith! "All eyes on Jesus! All eyes on Jesus!"

All trials are meant to expose the heart and reveal the faith that God is looking to find. In the midst of the pressure of a trial, what I say—whether in prayer or to others—reveals the position of my heart.

Please read your bible through this week, faith will rise, and discipline will follow. I was lazy and deceived myself in thinking that what I had heard I was still hearing. This led to an overtaxed soul that was never meant to sustain life or resist the devil or even believe.

In seeking to be free from lies and bondages, we often end up leaving Jesus behind as well. How far do you find your heart from Him for reals? Are you willing to be known in the inner most parts of your soul? Coming back is the only true freedom.

The core of Joshua’s mandate was simple: meditate on God’s law and be careful to do everything written in it (Joshua 1:8). For us, the focus is less on mustering our own internal strength and more on staying aligned with God’s voice. It means acknowledging our weakness and inviting His strength to fill the gap.

In a fast-paced world where everything is expected instantly—answers, solutions, success, and even spiritual growth—God is calling us to a deeper, slower, more intentional walk with Him. Our culture is driven by urgency, but the Kingdom of God operates on a different timeline. God is patiently working in the hearts of His people, shaping, refining, and preparing His Church for His purposes. He is not rushed by our schedules or pressured by our impatience. Instead, He invites us to trust Him in the process, to wait on Him, and to allow patience to do its complete and perfect work in us.

There is so much more yet to receive of Jesus’ blessing. This is our set time, between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, to receive Jesus’ blessing. I will be sharing my personal discoveries of Jesus’ blessing.

What did Elisha and the Shunamite widow have in common? Desperation and miracles. They even made the same declaration, “As the Lord lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you.” From their intense faith they received the reward of their heart cries: Divine intervention. Meanwhile, Naaman had a desperate cry, but his pride stood in the way of his healing. Need is not faith, but it can lead to faith. Together, let’s find faith for the miraculous. (2 Kings 2-5).
