Judge Benner has dropped out of the race for attorney general after Lola figures out that she leaked the memo. Coincidentally, this puts even more of  a strain on their relationship as we watch them go toe to toe throughout the episode with Judge Benner ultimately apologizing. Mark takes on a new set of issues as he throws away his current case and works to free someone he wrongfully put behind bars 8 years ago. Lemily is still fighting for their relationship as Coach Emily learns so important lessons about confronting your fears from her client.
