A third federal judge has denied Pam Bondi's motion to unseal the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell grand jury transcripts. Just as other judges had pointed out, Judge Richard Berman said Trump's DOJ is engaged in a "diversion" by seeking to have a judge unseal a grand jury transcript that has no new information in it while DOJ has the power and authority to release the Epstein files, which it previously promised the public it would do. Glenn reviews Judge Berman's new court filing and highlights why Trump and Bondi are trying to give the illusion of transparency while actually hiding the Epstein files from the public.
