During Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigations in January - we just learned he obtained a search warrant that ordered Twitter to hand over documents relating to Donald Trump's profile. Glenn says Smith likely gleaned other electronic evidence as well. Then, the judge in the federal January 6th case - Tonya Chutkan, said that Trump's political campaign has to yield to the orderly administration of justice and she warned him against inflammatory statements with those involved in the case. But Trump is continuing to post incendiary rhetoric. Is Trump daring her for a speedy trial or outright contempt of court?
