Yes, a New York Judge got the call for jury duty, but told the judge in THAT case he couldn't be impartial because he felt anyone appearing before a judge was already guilty. Otherwise, why would they be there? "Innocent until proven guilty" slipped right by Richard T. Snyder, he's been benched...or rather de-benched.
