Judge Michael J Scionti and the Veterans Treatment Court - Recidivism is in the 10% range, much better than the national rate of about 76%.
Using a Bureau of Justice Statistic study finding inmates released from state prisons have a five-year recidivism rate of 76.6%, In our Veterans Treatment Court, it is 10% or less. this is just one of the statistics which shows this court works, Not only saving taxpayers money but helping to recover valuable lives that would otherwise be lost.
