Judgecast is back!  In this episode, Sean hands off the show to the new and extremely handsome hosts of Judgecast: Jess Dunks and CJ Shrader.  We spend some time introducing ourselves, talk about the changes that happened to the Infraction Procedure Guide since the last time Judgecast aired, and spend a few minutes giving a judge perspective on the whole Indy playmat hubbub.  And, of course, we answer some rules questions from the listeners!
