The Electoral Court in Bloemfontein is expected to hand down judgement on whether the Umkhonto weSizwe (MK) party can contest elections this year. The ANC is challenging the Independent Electoral Commission of South Africa, IEC over the registration of the MK party, backed by former President Jacob Zuma.
