I'm hours away from my First olympic triathlon of the year.  Since covid made racing get cancelled last year, I had pregame jitters at the packet pick up yesterday. When I get nerves, I look around to make sure I "look" faster than some competitors.  But judgement is dangerous and today we discuss why.
