As humans, it's understandable that we assess or judge other people and situations. Not that long ago, judging what was going on around us was essential to our survival. Now, that judgement is turned against ourselves. Sometimes we judge ourselves ahead of time so that we can avoid others doing it for us. We do this thinking we'll get approval or acceptance if we do things "right". It's beyond exhausting and so unnecessary. In this episode, I propose that if we judge ourselves harshly, we love ourselves fiercely as well.
