She was looking for a new house in Vegas, so she left her dog with her neighbor. Now, that neighbor says the dog is her’s to keep! Will Judy side with the lady who lost her dog or the neighbor who cared for it free?
And will we find Judy innocent or guilty?
Because, of course, this is the Judging Judy podcast, the only podcast that turns the tables on America’s favorite, least favorite Judge.

This week’s episode comes to us from 2008, when the times were real bad. You remember 2008, right? Or has the therapy worked and you’ve completely blanked it out. Either way, this case is about a lady who needed a few months to find a house. She claims her neighbor agreed to watch her dog and her jewelry, but that when she came back, the neighbor claimed it all as her own.
Now she wants her money, and her dog, back.
Judy’s going to if she gets it and we’re going to have to decide if Judy did her job or not. Did she really, truly deliver justice? Not just to the plaintiff and to the defendant, but to all of us!
Judging Judy is in the spirit of other popular comedy podcasts like the Doughboys and All Fantasy Everything, but it offers a perspective all its own by examining the world through the lens of Judy Shendlin, a cultural icon for over three decades. She’s had the opportunity to judge us, and in the process, she’s made an enormous impact on our society. But we’ve never had the opportunity to judge her in turn — until now.
