We're thrilled to present our 10th release from the much sought-after Greek artist, Ziger. With his recent releases like 'Systematic' on Guy Mantzur's 'Plattenbank' and 'Circles' on Tash's 'Movement Recordings', both hitting the charts & received high acclaim with many top-DJs, Ziger has been on a roll. For Juicebox Music, he provides his debut appearance with 'Razor', yet another fantastic output filled with a bouncy groove, warm atmospheres floating around nostalgic synth-stabs, faded vocals and a memorable melody in the breakdown that's solely meant to feed & gratify the soul.

The first remix comes from fellow country-man 'Simos Tagias', known for his knack of driving tech-house inspired grooves filled with rhythmical percussive layers and gorgeous melodic lines that guarantees to get the dance-floor moving. Gaining recognition with his stellar EP on Nikko.Z's 'Dopamine', his collaborations with Jorgio Kioris on Cid Inc's 'Replug' and Luke Porter 'Temporum' and his well-received remixes on various labels, Simos' is gradually becoming a fan-favorite. Keeping true to his style, he's delivered just that and probably more with his euphoric interpretation of Razor.

To make this release even more special, we've got the much anticipated debut collaboration between two Indian artists on remix duties - Color Ray and Praveen Achary. The two have carved a niche audience with their individual music on well renowned labels like - Proton's 'Particles', Mitch Alexander's 'microCastle' and even our own 'Juicebox Music'. Bringing their best qualities to the table with intricately designed counter-melodies layered over a stealthy groove, while Razor's main parts keep peaking in along the way, their remix takes a whole new direction that we've all been waiting for.

Marking his debut appearance, the 9th release on Juicebox Music welcomes Argentina's 'Diyo' to the label with a single titled - "Underwater". No stranger to the industry, Diyo's had his music featured & released on labels like Bedrock, Renaissance, Tulipa, Stripped Recordings and more. For the original mix, Diyo unleashed one of the most hypnotic & powerful grooves we've heard, complimenting it with sub-aquatic drones, ethereal pads & drowning melodies that one could imagine being hidden in the deep depths of dark blue sea.

Blusoul is the first artist we called back on the label to put his magical touch and the Greek did just that. Completely taking the original in a different direction, more-so above the water for a more sun-kissed approach with a heavy-groove countered by light & dreamy synth-lines, marking a sound he's developed over the past year making it instantly recognisable.

Providing the second remix, we see returning artist from Finland, Tommi Oskari, back with a bouncy & fierce interpretation. Infusing a tight tech-house inspired groove, soaring atmosphere & intricately built sense of depth, Tommi creates a beast of a remix to wrap up the release in finesse.

Our 8th release sees a remix edition of Tommi Oskari's "Mind Tingle" EP. The original pack featured the title track "Mind Tingle" as well as "Sri Lanka", both receiving high acclaim and support from the industry, making it one of Tommi's most memorable releases to date.

For "Mind Tingle", we called upon David Granha from Spain. Having released a diverse range of styles from Deep House, Progressive to Techno on prestigious labels like KMS, Einmusika, microCastle, Sudbeat & Particles, to name a few, it's clear that David enjoys making music without boundaries. His remix of "Mind Tingle" is a peak-time powerful techno interpretation with a heavy rumbling low-end, aggressive synths & melodic stabs while giving elements from the original a nod from time to time.

Continuing in his new aggressive yet floor-friendly sound, more notably heard on his recent productions for Classound, microCastle & Dopamine; Juicebox Music label-head Praveen Achary takes the reign on "Sri Lanka". Drawing inspiration from the gorgeous country & the fantastic energy the people gave during his visit early this year, Praveen incorporates both the darker & brighter side with a combination of heavy drums, chunky basslines & icy synth-lines to create a fantastic rework of the original.

The 7th release on Juicebox Music, we head over to the mediterranean shores of Greece to pick up the much awaited single "Depth Of Emotion" from Harris Sgourdas aka 'Blusoul'. With a knack for creating memorable melodies and intense grooves, Blusoul's productions have been a firm favorite for many key industry players over the past few years. With "Depth of Emotion", Blusoul gets straight to business with thumping grooves, droning basslines, heavy chord stabs & a catchy little vocal riff that sets things into motion. Enter the euphoric plucked arps, acidic lines with a progression that lures you in and you've got a winning combination.

Stepping up to bat first for a remix are the Serbian DJ/Production duo - Progress Inn, aka Janko Dragovic & Igor Kadic. Known for their signature energetic sound that landed them releases on Vapour Recordings, Temporum and Lowbit, the Belgrade boys firmly stamp their sonic imprint with finesse. Heavy grooves and a nod to the original's elements with clever edits sends the track into the next level.

The second remix for this release comes from Israel's "Lonya". Being the resident for the renowned The Cat & The Dog club as well as the leading force behind Asymmetric Records gives him ultimate bragging rights. Appearing on labels like Sudbeat, Parquet, Flow Vinyl and even Defected, are a testament to Lonya's quality. He delivers a groovier interpretation with hypnotic soundscapes & buzzing drones, aimed straight for the darker rooms.

We're excited to unveil our new series called "Untold Stories", showcasing new remixes & interpretations that weren't part of the original release but had to be heard. Through this series, we get to introduce amazing established artists as well as nurture upcoming producers before their grand appearance on the label. Please welcome Makrostörung, SEQU3l, Weird Sounding Dude & Phalguna Somraj!

Kicking the release off is Marc Klug, aka Makrostörung, hailing from Liège (Belgium) as he presents his interpretation of Dio S' 'Una Happiness'. Having his initial productions appearing on 1605, Mirabilis & Baires are a testament to his incredible potential. While retaining the original atmospheric delight, Makrostörung adds his flair with a sharp groove, rolling rubber bassline & additional riffs elevating the mood of the entire track.

Treating Simon Firth's "Stress Test" is Nakul Ambilkar, aka SEQU3L, from Pune (India). A relative new-comer into the scene with his first release in 2013, SEQU3L has been on the must-watch list gaining immense support from Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, Jerome Isma-Ae & the likes for his productions. For this particular remix, he toned it down from his usual uplifting tempo into a groovier but equally powerful rendition, filled with tight percussive grooves, synth-laded riffs & a great tribute to the original's breakdown.

Next up is Abhijith Hegde, aka Weird Sounding Dude, from Bangalore (India), with his remix of Diego Azocar's "Homenaje". His new alter-ego focuses more on the deeper side of things, be it progressive or techno, and with releases on Outta Limit, System Recordings & Soundteller, it's definitely headed in the right way. He kicks off with a solid heavy techno-inspired groove that carries through, interspersed from time to time with the original's soaring lead-lines. Proper floor-filler!

Finally, we called in Phalguna Somraj from Hyderabad (India) to remix Diego Azocar's "Technology". His recent releases on Mistique Music, especially the collaboration with label heads Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic, have gained him immense support by fellow industry players and is currently one to look out for. Phalguna's intepretation takes the original mix and gives it an ethnic touch with lots of atmospheric pads and a bright melodic line to give it an epic finish.

The 6th release on Juicebox Music sees Finland's secret weapon - Tommi Oskari, making his debut with a stunning 2-track EP! With a keen ear for balancing modern techno grooves with the soulful melodic side of progressive, Tommi's productions have found it's place in every forward-thinking DJs sets. We're super thrilled to have an immense talent and a future star on board!

Kicking the EP off is the title track - "Mind Tingle", setting the aggressive & melodic tone to the release with its heavy 'techno-inspired' groove, descending 'mind-tingling' riff and lush soundscapes, all structured to work like a charm on the floors at any point.

"Sri Lanka", the b-side track, aims a little different. Geared towards the after-hours with its dark theme. Whirling around a chunky rolling groove is a plethora of atmospheric effects & pads while a gorgeously haunting wailing synth-line takes you to deep down the rabbit hole.

The 5th release on Juicebox Music sees Argentina's new kid-on-the-block, Diego Azocar, making a debut on the label. Rising to fame with his hit single "Recall" in early 2013, Diego has managed to capture the attention of many DJs as well as ensure that his productions are well worth taking notice. He presents the label's first ever EP with two powerful tracks that are destined to cement his sound in the industry.

"Homenaje", the first of the two original productions, steers itself to a more dramatic atmosphere with it's airy melancholic pads & subtle hypnotic melodies, while steadily thumping the floors with a heavy groove. The lone remix comes from 'Alex Nemec & Nik Feral', a fairly new duo, but the two have been doing some stellar work separately. Alex, known best for his earlier work as 'Alex & Filip' as well as running his stellar label - Mirabilis, has had chart topping productions on well respected labels like Tronic, Flow Vinyl & Respekt amongst many others. Nik, on the other hand, has been churning out his tough productions on the MUM UK, Cubism as well the mighty 1605. Together, their remix of "Homenaje" takes the groovier approach with quick stabby chords, futuristic synth lines & rhythmical percussions while still capturing & complimenting the original's magical atmosphere.

"Technology", the second offering from Diego, quickly establishes its melodic characteristics from get-go. A simple plucked melody, joined with a growling bassline, spaced chords stabs, airy pads drive the track forward to meet a gorgeous arpeggiated riff during the second half of the track. We give the sole remix duties to a fellow Argentinian, 'Demian Moreno', that has been making quite a name for himself through his productions on Particles, Bermudos & Balkan Connection, leading him to be charted quite frequently on many top players in the industry. Demian provides his 'Space Dub' interpretation, completely taking the original to another territory, more specifically - astral. Dreamy lullaby-like arpeggiated melodies, soaring lead synth lines and clever percussive bits aided by dashes of reverb place itself as the backbone while the deep bass & heavy kick creates a dubby groove.

For our 4th release on Juicebox Music, we come back home to India and snap up "Both Sides", a fantastic single from Chennai based artist - Tanseer. Creating each sound from scratch, his exceptional production skills have gained him high acclaim amongst key players in the industry which lead to his 'Rebound / Skydive' EP being selected as one of Beatport's Best Progressive House release of 2012. With "Both Sides", Tanseer means serious business as he unleashes every weapon his production arsenal. A heavy groove topped with a plethora of harmonic rhythms, bright stabs and soaring melodies makes this, in every right, epic. Dare we say, a possible contender for a future classic?

For the first remix, we called upon one of the fastest rising breakthrough artists hailing from UK - Dale Middleton. Continuing a stellar track record, his nothing-short-of-brilliant interpretation of "Both Sides" with tougher grooves, pulsing basslines and counter melodies retains the intensity & vibe of the original while giving it a more modern finish. Pune based - Color Ray, considered as a hidden gem in India, straps up and delivers the second & final remix with his spacey atmospheric version. An icy cool groove sprawled with sparkling synths, additional intoxicating melodies and clever edits makes this perfect for late nights.

Leeds (UK) based Simon Firth graces Juicebox Music's third release with a single called "Stress Test". Holding a strong number of quality productions on respected labels under his belt, his skill lies in his ability to produce a wide spectrum of styles, all with equal strength. A foundation of a strong groove with complimenting harmonic elements is a staple style, and this has garnered him immense support from the industry's key players. With "Stress Test", Simon has delivered us a keeper! Simple yet effective with glassy chord stabs, robotic vocal phrases, arpeggiated melodies sitting on top of a warm groove made by a combination of a rolling & drone bassline.

To support the original, we bring in 2 remixes with different visions. We first called upon Rikesto, one of Colombia's finest musical export. An ear for tougher grooves but still retaining the musicality is Rikesto's key, and he's definitely turned it in the right direction with his melodic techno driven remix of "Stress Test" - a heavy rumbling low-end sprinkled with spacey leads, arpeggiated melodies and a hint of the vocals. In true Juicebox fashion, we seeked out a more unique sounding artist to add to the release and found Marseille (France) based - MËKa. His eclectic 'true-to-himself' style cannot be placed into one particular genre as you can hear with MËKa's interpretation. He encapsulates the original essence but with a whole new outlook by providing tough drums, clever audio edits all built in an unorthodox structure.

After a successful first release on Juicebox Music, we're proud to present our second offering by Greek producer/DJ - Dio S with a single called 'Una Happiness', a melancholic and hypnotic piece. Dionisis has been pumping progressive house tracks for years and managed to associate himself with signings across many well established & highly respected labels like Baroque, Movement and Lowbit. Melodic elements and a brooding groove are the defining characteristics of his productions, and "Una Happiness" is a testament to his skills.

Supporting the original as remixers, we first called upon Argentina's best kept secret - Rodrigo Mateo. As a young visionary, Rodrigo makes it a point to truly break the norms of 'club' structure and paint a picture with his creations. Pure, clean and focused is something rare in this field, but it's natural for Rodrigo. He turns 'Una Happiness' into a deep progressive journey filled with lows & highs, ups & downs and a great climax, just the way the story should be told. In addition to Rodrigo's remix, we've handed over the reigns to India's very own A U, an experimental techno-outfit by two brothers also known by their deeper side - Audio Units. With their rendition, the A U duo twists and turns every bit of audio they could get their hands on, but in a smooth and fluidic manner to create a 'wicked' remix for the darker rooms.
