Aaron Fisher was born with an innate passion for helping others. In his 20’s he had moved to China, created a charity to facilitate schooling for kids in remote towns throughout the country, spoken globally at motivational business development seminars, and has coached fortune 500 companies like Yahoo and H&M on leadership and personal development skills. In 2014, he co-founded Copper88 – a unique garment embedded with rehabilitation and health attributes. Aaron spearheads the company’s research and development team, driven by a core value system to help people all over the world feel and live better, healthier lives. Aaron Fisher is also an established photographer, mindset coach, and recently released his new book “Love Letters” in 2020.

Nearly three decades in physical therapy and sports medicine physical therapy and member of the ASEA Medical Professionals Board. As an avid athlete, Shawn Burke was ranked fourth in the nation on the all-Army wrestling team and holds multiple age group triathlon records. His degrees are Associates of Applied Science, Associates of Development, and Associates in Physical Therapy Assisting. He is a certified personal trainer in fitness, nutrition, aquatic therapy and rehab. He is CEO and founder of WITH PERFORMANCE Center and is a strength, conditioning and performance specialist for high school athletics.

Shawn has worked with & trained Olympic level athletes – e.g. Nancy Kerrigan. He has worked with & trained professional athletes at the Boston Ballet Association. He is a Certified Personal Trainer for World Class Amateur Athletes – e.g. Susan Roberts. He has coached & trained under Mike Pigg, multi-time World Champion Triathlete. Shawn is the CEO and Founder of WITH PERFORMANCE from 2013 to Present.

Shawn has also competed in over 150 triathlons. And the list goes on, completing 19 Ironman Competitions in Hawaii, Canada, & Coeur d’Alene Idaho. Shawn is an International Youth Conditioning ASSN Youth Fitness Specialist, an Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program Instructor, a Committee Member of HEAL Idaho (Healthy Eating Active Living) and the Creator of the W.I.T.H. Program (Wellness Incentive to Health).
