Today I have the pleasure to have here with me, Juli Wenger. Juli is an empowerment & identity coach, Enneagram expert, podcast host, and Human Ecologist (UofA alum) that has led the entrepreneur and CEO life with a 10-year history as a successful real estate agent and team leader.
She works with impact-driven and heart-led humans who know that they are called to and capable of more but who can't seem to get out of their own damn way.

What are the areas in your personality that are hidden, you're not able to discover them, and a lot of things about yourself.

How can you qualify the level of awareness of the general person of himself, his strength, and whatever round?
By the time people make it to Coaches, they usually have a reasonable level, like they've started their journey.
They are aware that they are getting in their own way.
They are aware that they have some self-sabotaging kinds of patterns.
I started to discover that leveraging tools like the enneagram, for example, because it gives us a really great insight.
There are these polarities, these extremes on either side of the spectrum of what are you really built for capable of? What are the traits that really define you? And on the other side? What are the things that are going to suck you dry? Or take you out?
Expansive, what we're capable of, and how powerful we are.
We get stuck in what I like to call our ego space. subconscious self-protective.
Until we change the way that we think about things, we can't build that new frame of reference.
Anytime we're going to change something, we want to change our attachment to all of these patterns.
Growth journey is not like flowers, and butterflies, everything is simple.
