Ask you about your journey, you as a coach?
There will always in any journey, a one aha moment, one thing that made the switch, the click.
So what's the one thing that was there in your journey that made you as successful as you are today?
One of the big aha was for me was when I realized that, Julie, it's not about you.
We can have our ego get in the way all over the place.
My ego didn't want me to change.
Now it's not just about me and my fear.
I was charging like 200, 250 bucks an hour, which for a lot of coaches are like, oh, that's great, right. But they have the issue with the time for money trade, which is that people are comparing your hourly rate to their hourly rate.
Coaching is not about time for money. Entrepreneurship is not about time for money. It's about value.
What is the actual value? What's the lifetime value of what it is that you're doing?
So I can be the most powerful coach and supporter and cheerleader for these clients that are handy.
Your business is a direct reflection of your mindset.
So it's really about finding those spaces, where you have accountability, you have community, you have people who call you up, and you have people who call you out. And really making sure that those spaces are aligned with who you are on what you value.
