I totally lose focus at the beginning of this podcast and I have kept the moment there... because it really to introduce my segment perfectly which is all about focus... focussing and noticing the opportunities that show up by my name be packaged and dressed as we expected.

I just wanted some water at the airport, but I got a whole lot more than that! Water with attitude on the side... never underestimate the ability your energy has on attracting the good and bad, what flows from us flows to us.

Being a merchant of wow in this 'experience economy'. Great lessons from my encounter with Fuel Cafe in South Brisbane. It really is the 'experience economy' so let's make sure we are focussing on the experience and not just the product we are selling.

My son Thomas who is 'Living with Autism' finished school last year, I was asked to say a speech at his 'Graduation'... this is a celebration of what being inclusive really looks like because it is a easy to talk about being inclusive but what does it really mean?

We keep hearing it, everybody keeps saying everybody should be more authentic, but what does it really look like to move through life being authentic and honest? One of the most common feedback I hear is, 'Julie, you are just so real', So this is my take on this.
