Fan favorite Kate is back ONCE AGAIN to continue reading journal entries from her trip to New Zealand in 2009 and the period following it. Julia shares some emails from that same period. Topics include: traveling, Cheeky Monkey, college parties, someone climbing a tree for attention.
Due to popular demand and Julia having too much free time, Julie's Journal is back with season 2! Fan favorite Kate Wheeler shares some journal entries from her time in New Zealand in early 2009. Julia reads some email exchanges between the two of them during that same period.

Andrew Hall, drummer of Dude York, joins Julia on the pod to discuss journal entries from late 2012 and early 2013, right after Julia had moved to Seattle and Andrew was drumming in Chastity Belt, a.k.a. the Dude Belt era. Topics include: Taylor Swift conspiracy theories, the pureness of music produced in our early 20s, the contents of Lake Washington, Mac Demarco’s horrifying Canadian friend, body shots with strangers, etc.

This is a very tender episode about growing up and "into yourself."
