Set a goal that scares you... in a good way.
Training should challenge you.
If your goal doesn't make you feel a little nervous and a little excited at the same time, it might be time to dream a little bigger.
The key is that your goal should stretch you. It doesn't matter what anyone else is training for. Your "scary goal" is unique to your journey.
Growth happens just outside your comfort zone.
"I do it scared."
Being nervous doesn't mean you're not ready.
It means you're doing something that matters.
Keep showing up.
Keep believing in yourself.
Keep doing great.
