We sit with Owen Elliot-Kugell, who has just written a memoir about her life, which inherently covers a good portion of her mother's life as well. "My Mama, Cass" taps family and friends of Cass Elliott, most famously known for her work with The Mamas & The Papas", and combines their knowledge with the memories and experiences of Elliot-Kugell for a well rounded look at both women's lives, and a deeper explanation of the book's 413 connections. 

And singer-songwriter M. Ward is taking stage at the Iron Horse this evening. September will see the release his newest album, "For Beginners: The best of M. Ward", and in addition to hearing some of those songs, we get to ask the man about boat videos, guitar tunings, and inspirations from dreams and more.
