Jump Start Weekly

Hey guys. This is the final week of our non manga experiment. This week is the american comic Batman RIP. Let us know what you think and if there is any other comic you would like us to read or other comic-like style to review. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Thanks for nothing 2020. But thanks a lot to all of our Patreon supporters, discord users, and listeners! To celebrate one year of Patreon, we recorded this episode, thanking all of our Patrons for the year, and everyone else by having Zach explain the plot of Warhammer 40K to Tyler for 30 minutes. That was almost enough time to actually reach 40K! Thank you everyone, we hope you enjoy.

Hey guys. We’re back this week with more Bakuman. Still proving to be amazing. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. Still recording over the internet. But we cover our first non manga thing today with the Korean Manhwa Omniscient Reader. We’ve also got a mostly full Shonen Jump to talk about. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. Due to Covid concerns we are recording over the internet for the next couple of weeks at least. Sorry for the drop in audio quality. But the good news is that we have a pretty good issue of shonen jump to talk about. And Flame of Recca Vol 11. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. Happy Halloween. Today we discuss the scariest manga of all Jujutsu Kaisen. Not really but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. The anime is out and it’s good so it’s also a good time to check out the manga if you’re interested. Also a pretty good issue of Shonen Jump to talk about. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. Back to Bakuman and it feels so good. We also have a really good issue of Shonen Jump to talk about. With the return of One piece from its two week break If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. This is the first series that we have finished for the podcast. It’s kinda cheating since there are only 2 volumes but still it’s a good story. Tom Cruise even made a movie based on the original novel. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. We’ve got a kinda short episode for you today. But we’ve got the return of Demon Slayer and The Promised Neverland for some special one shots in Shonen Jump. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!

Hey guys. Big thank you to GrimJoker2464 from our discord for recommending that we read vol 2 of Berserk. It was fun to go back to. Also it seems we are done with the new additions to Jump so we settle on 8 series to talk about at least for a while. If you have any comments, thoughts or advice, or suggestions for manga to read, please comment below to help us improve the podcast!
