Moving is what I wanted, but now here I am trying to figure out how I fit into this new city!

Having to be grateful is hard to do sometimes because of all the pressure that everyone else puts on the idea of being grateful. Here is what I  am grateful for and how I am learning to be grateful. 

Sometimes we have to take baby steps to figure out where we want to go in life. Here are some of the baby steps I am taking to keep moving forward and figuring out my groove. #selfcare #onedayatatime #yougotthis #restart 

Decisions, decisions why are they so hard. Why do they linger for so long after the decision is made? One of the hardest things is taking the responsibility for the decisions that we make and how they affect us. In this episode I discuss how I am working on the decisions that I made in my education and being responsible for them and the domino effect that has followed. How many times do you get asked 'how are you?' and by impulse you respond fine. This is the script that we have been made to respond over and over and over again. Even if it's not what we feel, we make sure that other people feel comfortable but not ourselves. Here is an episode talking about how I am changing my script and stepping into the uncomfortable.
