When a yuppie couple, Michael and Karen Carr (Kurt Russell and Madeleine Stowe) experiences a break-in to their new Los Angeles home, they think they'll be safe when a friendly police officer Pete Davis (Ray Liotta) helps them acquire an impressive security system. Unfortunately, Pete takes a liking to Karen, convinced that she's fallen for him. What follows is a series of escalating events that terrorize Michael and Karen until Pete makes one final.....Unlawful Entry!
