The Texas Supreme Court on Friday ruled in favor of allowing the AG’s effort to obtain records it seeks to investigate a faith-based non-profit. The El Paso Independent School District school board will hold a special meeting Tuesday to discuss superintendent Diana Sayavedra’s employment.
