Hey Carpool Crew! Whether you’re headed to the dentist (yikes!) or relaxing in the back seat with your shades on, I’m Pastor Justin—and today we’re talking about something that really matters when life gets tricky: courage.
Not superhero-style courage, but the kind of bravery that shows up when things feel bigger than you are. When you’re nervous, unsure, or scared—God promises to be right there with you.
📖 Verse of the Day: Joshua 1:9 (CSB)
“Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
👣 In today’s episode, kids will discover:
– Why God told Joshua to be courageous even when he felt scared
– That courage doesn’t mean having zero fear—it means moving forward anyway
– How Jesus showed courage in hard moments—and gives us the same strength
– Real-life examples of what courage looks like at school, at camp, and in our faith
💪 Application Time:
– Speak up for what’s right
– Try something new even if you’re nervous
– Share your faith with boldness
– Don’t give up, even when it’s hard
