A testy exchange between federal Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault and Saskatchewan premier Scott Moe. Guilbeault stating if SK refuses to follow environmental edicts from Ottawa concerning the operation of coal plants in the province beyond 2030, it will be a violation of Canadian Criminal Law.
Premier Moe responds he will make sure the people of Saskatchewan, when they flip a switch, will have access to heat and hydro during the worst of winter and if that's a criminal law violation the premier challenges Guilbeault to "come and get me."
