An inner sense of well-being comes from understanding and experientially knowing what God has done in salvation, that we are secure in Him, that we have all we need at any given time to express a proper opinion of Him through our actions, and there is nothing that can separate us from the Love of God. This part of the fruit of the Spirit is expressed out to others by doing that which is beneficial for them because we are ones who are saturated with goodness and always seeking to fill up goodness where it is lacking as a result of the inner well-being we have in Christ.  

As an aspect of God goodness, He expresses kindness towards us so that we feel at ease with who we are in Christ. We can show this kindness to others by expressing this aspect of the fruit of the Spirit. Also, remember, it is God’s kindness not wrath that brings us to repentance, a change of the mind. It is not about going to hell; it is about being saved. Through kindness we can show others an aspect of God’s character and perhaps bring some to also believe God.  

And my worship is this, in order that your love should yet more and more abound in full experiential knowledge and all perception, Philippians 1:9 

A long holding out of your anger against unreasonable people 

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, objectivity of mind, self-control. Against these there is no law – Galatians 5:22, 23 

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you, not just as the world gives, I give to you. Stop letting your hearts be troubled, neither be afraid – John 14:27 

We should be content with what God has provided us and where we are at in our lives. With this contentment we need to use it and overcome the struggles we face to live out the Christian life by taking God at His Word and apply the truth.  

Agreeing with God the Father concerning His character. 

Therefore, through Him we should offer a sacrifice of praise through all to God, that is, the fruit of our lips confessing His name – Hebrews 13:15 

Let us be a luminary to the world, shining a light on unrighteousness, interceding for all men, seeking to show the truth and support that which is right so that we may continue to live a peaceful and godly life growing into a full experiential knowledge of God. 

Philippians 1:1 Paul and Timothy, servants belonging to Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus, the ones who are in Philippi, with the Bishops and Deacons.

And the one guarding His commandments abides in Him and He in him. And by this we experientially know that He abides in us, out from the Spirit who He gave us. 1 John 3:24
