Junk Food is not bad... Its addictive

Junk food is defined as a food with empty calories meaning it does not give any nutrients but only calories.

It is prepared with highly process foods like white flour, refined sugar, hydrogenated fats like butter or Dalda, excess of preservatives and additives

These foods are either sweet or salty. They are also fried or high on fats. Our tongue is very addictive to sweet and salty and fried.

When we eat junk food the brain cells (neurons) pump out dopamine (A happy hormone), However it paralyses the natural system to recognize hunger or satiety.

Thus moderation is the key if it can't be avoided
