It’s been over a year since I recorded anything, and having had a discussion with a guy toward the end of last year about something I once recorded I’ve decided to jump on and share my thoughts and ideas and hopefully ignite a spark, or inspire (big word) someone!

This is my opinion on the 4 phases of youth development, things we should focus on in each phase and things that we should look out for! There’s so much information out there, it’s important to know how and when to use it, and to be sure to guard ourselves from being impressed by fancy terminology and big words!
