Is negativity part of it because so many of us continue to choose it, express it, live in it, cling to it, etc.?

Time is a gift that flows through us - it does not stop within us

Perhaps we can all hold space for ourselves so that we can hold space for each other

Perhaps we it can be what we say and do AND how we respond to what others say and do
