This week’s Guest is an individual that I had the pleasure of working with a couple of years ago on a really cool project, Mr. Tim Armstrong. Tim is a Chef who rose through the ranks of a restaurant chain in South Florida to become their Director of Operations. He also experienced a setback in his career that would have taken a LOT of people off course for quite some time, however Tim rose from the ashes to become an entrepreneur who’s business is experience a meteoric trajectory.
