Creating a routine can be a powerful tool for nurturing a sense of security and stability when you’re restarting your life. Routines provide structure to your day, which can help reduce anxiety and stress by making the unpredictable more manageable. By establishing consistent habits, such as waking up at the same time every morning, dedicating time to exercise, or setting aside moments for reflection or meditation, you create a framework that supports your goals and well-being. A routine can also enhance productivity, as the regularity allows you to focus energy on what truly matters, rather than constantly deciding what needs to be done next. Furthermore, it can offer a sense of accomplishment and control, as each task completed within your routine reinforces your capability to shape your life positively. In this way, routines become a comforting anchor in the midst of change, providing a foundation from which you can confidently build your new life.

In our inaugural episode to our new podcast, I wanted to talk about starting your life all over again as an adult. Whether it is after a relationship, financial recovery or whatever prompts us to have to start over again we discuss how we come to those conclusions and how sometimes it's more than once. At times we feel like we are failing at life but I am here to tell you that it can and is a positive thing, no mstter the situation. join me and enjoy the show!
