Growing up in a fundamentalist cult is so fun ESPECIALLY when you believe it a thousand percent. My body decided to remind me today after I asked the question, "do I have a belief around persecution?" I decided to do a dive on my bodies beliefs around being persecuted and this episode is a little snippet of that. I share some of this because I find it incredibly helpful to hear other peoples stories around leaving the faith and how much trauma was placed on them and how they deal with it. This healing journey is no joke but I'm here to dismantle some shit. I'm so grateful for the amazing wonder that is the human body and for the ways in which I'm learning to communicate with it. Beliefs are funny things and we definitely need to check in with our beliefs and if they are still valid to our current reality anymore or not.
