In this deeply personal episode, I open up about the recent loss of my aunt and the winding road of grief that has followed.
Rather than resisting the sadness, I’m learning to feel it all; the profound sadness, the moments of wishing it were all just a dream, the unexpected peace, and to allow myself to experience each moment without rushing past any of it.
Because I’m learning that grief is simply proof of how deeply we love.
